If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Merchandise
Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Tickets
Performance tickets are generally non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Firefly Theatre & Circus.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets may be honoured for the new date or exchanged where possible.
Classes & Workshops
Cancellation and refund policies for classes and workshops will be stated on the individual event or registration page.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless required by applicable legislation.

All content on this website—including photographs, logos, artwork, graphics, videos, written content, and branding—is the property of Firefly Theatre & Circus or its licensors.
