Thank you for shopping with Firefly Theatre & Circus. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed through our online store.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
During busy periods, holidays, festivals, or special events, processing times may be longer. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Canada.
If international shipping is available for certain products, the available destinations and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Shipping method selected
- Current carrier rates
Any applicable taxes will also be calculated during checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- Alberta: 2–5 business days
- Western Canada: 3–7 business days
- Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days
- Remote or northern communities: delivery times may vary.

5. Shipping Carriers
Firefly Theatre & Circus may ship orders using reputable carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, or other courier services, depending on the destination and the size of your order.
Carrier availability may vary by region.
6. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
7. Local Pickup
Where available, customers may select Local Pickup during checkout.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

8. Performance Tickets, Classes and Digital Products
Performance tickets, class registrations, workshop registrations, gift certificates (where offered electronically), and other digital products are generally delivered electronically by email and are not shipped.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the order must be re-shipped.
If an order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to update the shipping address upon request.
10. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Claims for damaged shipments should be reported within 7 days of delivery and should include photographs of the packaging and damaged item(s).
11. Customs and International Orders
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Firefly Theatre & Circus is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
12. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately when necessary.
If this occurs, there will generally be no additional shipping charge to the customer unless otherwise communicated before shipment.
